IABC workshop: Communicating change management

On Wednesday, October 2, the San Francisco chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) is hosting a special professional development event in Franklin Lobby 1: Keep the Change — The Communicator’s Role in Change Management.
Communicators, change management professionals, project managers, leaders and everyone who would like to learn more about effectively communicating change are encouraged to attend.
In this interactive session, participants will:
- Learn about the communicator’s role in planning and executing change management plans
- Learn about the difference between supporting people versus processes through communications
- Take home practical tips to carry out a strong and varied strategic change communications plan
- Apply lessons learned from a seasoned communications professional with direct experience implementing strategic change management plans
