On Tuesday, April 7, join Dr. Mikael Villalobos, associate chief diversity officer at UC Davis, for an in-person professional development workshop, Understanding Diversity in Communications and Conflict Management: Working Toward Greater Inclusion in the Workplace.

- Explore the impact of cultural and social identities — including gender, race or ethnicity, age and other factors — on how we communicate across cultural lines
- Discover how these diverse identities impact conflict modes
- Learn how to facilitate effective communication, managing individual and group conflicts
