Over the past two weeks, UCOP staff have gathered to process current events and worked to foster open dialogue about race and racial experiences in order to better understand one another’s perspectives, support each other and build lasting relationships built on mutual respect.

As part of these staff conversations, many of our colleagues have shared resources that are useful, informative or impactful for them. We are sharing those resources here. As you review these resources, please keep in mind that everyone — those who shared resources meaningful to them and those who are encountering these materials perhaps for the first time — brings to the table individual experiences and perspectives. Our goal by sharing these materials with UCOP colleagues is to make everyone feel welcome, heard and supported in their journey.
