Feeling overwhelmed? Attend this OPSA event.
On Tuesday, May 18, the OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) and Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) will present “Feeling Overwhelmed?” featuring Dr. Paula Trejo-Phillips.
Dr. Trejo-Phillips will share tips on managing anxiety and transitions, as well as lead us through a mindfulness practice. We will explore overwhelm, contributing factors and techniques to combat the depleting emotional and physical experience that it may bring on.

About Dr. Trejo-Philipps
Dr. Trejo-Phillips’ is a counselor for UCOP and UCSF with the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program. Her areas of specialty include the psychological sequelae of trauma and torture, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, multiculturalism, coping with chronic medical illness and end-of-life issues.
