In a survey conducted by a leading technology research firm, executive presence was ranked second among the top 20 leadership skills needed for success. And although some people think executive presence is an innate quality — that you either have or you don’t — the truth is that it’s a learnable skill that can be improved over time.

This month’s LinkedIn Learning challenge will demystify what executive presence is and teach you how to develop yours to boost your career. The challenge begins on Sept. 14. The best part? All activities can be completed in about five minutes.

• Watch each day’s short learning video (~5 mins or less)
• Initial each day’s box, or make a note of what you watched
