Leadership cohort info sessions start this week: Register today
UCOP offers many opportunities for staff at all levels to gain leadership skills. Two of the most popular leadership training cohorts are the Aspiring Leaders Development Program (ALD) and People Management Integrated Learning Program (PM-ILP). Both programs tend to attract staff at similar levels in their careers, but there are a few key differences that set them apart. If you’ve been trying to determine which is best for you, here are some guidelines to help you decide.
