If you took a leave that is eligible for Emergency Paid Sick Leave (EPSL) between Jan. 1 and Sept. 30, 2021, and you have not yet used all of your 2021 EPSL entitlement, you have until Dec. 6, 2022, to retroactively request your entitlement.
