Last chance to apply for the UCOP Mentorship Program

It’s the last call for prospective mentees and mentors to apply for the UCOP Membership Program. Applications close this Thursday, Aug. 31.

The popular program has earned rave reviews from past participants:

This year’s session takes place from September 2022 through June 2023, with opportunities to participate virtually or in person.

The program’s goal is to create mentor-mentee pairings that provide a supportive structure for employees to cultivate contacts, explore challenges and enhance their effectiveness as they grow personally and professionally. Participating in the program is a great opportunity to share and learn career skills and leadership practices, guide and navigate the UCOP culture and build lasting professional relationships.

Apply to be a mentee: Employees who have been at UCOP for six months or more are eligible. To express your interest, complete the mentee application. Please note that priority is given to those who have not previously participated.

Become a mentor: Experienced leaders or staff members with at least one year of UCOP service are invited to share their professional and career development knowledge. To participate, please submit the short Mentor Interest Form. Previous mentees are welcome to participate as mentors.
