Navigating Ageism as a Young Professional

Gender at Work

Work can be stressful enough without the added challenges of navigating gender identity and expression in the workplace. How can we ensure that we are creating a safe and inclusive workplace for transgender and nonbinary employees? This webinar will explore action items that employers of all sizes can take to expand their efforts to provide an inclusive environment for employees of all genders.

Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA)
CUCSA is a systemwide employee resource group run by UC staff to serve all colleagues.
