Set a career goal on LinkedIn Learning and receive customized learning recommendations. Whether you want to grow and advance in your current role, transition into a new role, or develop skills to manage a team, LinkedIn Learning provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to achieve your career aspirations.
To set a goal on LinkedIn Learning, navigate to the LinkedIn Learning homepage, select “Me” then select “My Goals.”
Role Guides
LinkedIn Learning offers Role Guides, which are foundational content and tools to help you understand, learn, and improve at the skills involved in trending industry roles like project manager, financial analyst, people manager, and more. Use the Role Guides to explore your career interests and find detailed information on specific roles.
To access a Role Guide on LinkedIn Learning, navigate to the LinkedIn Learning homepage, select “Browse,” and start exploring. The Role Guide offers features such as top courses, skills needed, learning paths, a community of peers and experts, and professional certifications.
