May 12: Team agreements
Team agreements are co-created rules of engagement that focus on how teams collaborate, communicate and hold each other accountable. In this session led by Merideth Wakeman, join UCOP leaders in learning how to hold a team agreement building activity within your own team. This interactive approach involves every individual and makes it easy for you to collaboratively craft, discuss and co-create rules of engagement that you can reply upon as you navigate our new hybrid workplace.
June 9: SB 1162
California Senate Bill 1162 requires employers to disclose pay scales on all job postings, as well as that of current employees, upon request. The intent is to ensure that job applicants are aware of the hiring salary range before applying for a position. In this session led by JJ Lerma, we will discuss the new law and what it means for you as a manager.
