Learn the science of managing stress and improve your well-being

No matter what phase our personal lives or careers are in, most of us feel stressed sometimes. It’s a natural response — and one that can be managed.

This Friday, Feb. 16, from 10–11 a.m. (PT), join UCOP Learning and Development for a helpful workshop, The Science of Managing Stress. In this personal and professional development course, you’ll learn about the science of the stress cycle, how to keep perspective and a variety of strategies that promote well-being.
