Fun Flow Yoga
Fridays, March 8 – April 19, 8:30 – 9 a.m.
Join us for a fun flow yoga session that combines movement and breath in perfect harmony. Transition from one pose to the next with a graceful and fluid sequence. Experience a heightened sense of presence in every moment.

Stretch ‘n De-Stress
Fridays, April 26 – May 31, 8:30 – 9 a.m.
Stretch your body and de-stress your mind with this meditative practice. This is a class designed to help stretch the muscles, release stress, and focus on calming the mind, blending stretches and deep breathing for a rejuvenating exercise.

Same Dishes, Healthier Swaps
March 13, 1 – 1:45 p.m.
Being healthy doesn’t have to be hard. Simple changes can lead to big transformations when it comes to increasing energy, adding vibrancy to skin and boosting health from the inside out. The key to success is making small changes consistent. In this workshop, we’ll focus on easy, nutritious swaps to incorporate into your cooking.

Strategies for Becoming Your Best and Healthiest Self

To what extent can we work on improving ourselves? Are there better versions of ourselves that we haven’t yet discovered? Learn best practices to optimize all areas of your life to encourage growth, limit distractions and focus on the goals you want to achieve.

Burnout Prevention
May 8, 1 – 1:45 p.m.
Escape from persistent burnout is within reach! Begin by recognizing the signs, taking proactive steps and embracing mental wellness exercises to cultivate a joyful, healthier environment. This webinar will help you discover the path to a brighter, more balanced life.

Daily Microbreak Stretches at Your Desk
June 12, 1 – 1:45 p.m.
Being in a prolonged sedentary state is not good for your body or your mind. Getting the blood flowing helps you stay fresh, boost creativity and energy, and keep your body working efficiently. Add simple stretches during the day to be more productive and reduce stress on your body.
