“I want to give a huge Shout-Out to Veeresham and Swapna for their continued excellent support to the Capital Programs team in shifting our project data to the Oracle system. They provide full support for any issues our team or campus users experience and work closely with each person to resolve problems quickly and thoroughly. Recently, a frequently used report took such a long time to process that it was almost impossible to use. Veeresham and Swapna reduced the processing time from 18 minutes to one, making a huge difference for our work. Thank you!”
