Stay healthy with a daily micro-break stretching routine
Prolonged sedentary states can be detrimental for your body and mind. Getting your blood flowing helps you stay fresh, gives you more energy and helps your body work more efficiently.
On June 12, from 1 – 1:45 p.m. (PT), a new workshop offered by Strive Well-Being, in partnership with UCOP Learning and Development, will teach simple stretches that you can practice throughout the workday to increase productivity and reduce physical stress.
