New Asana project management software now available
Looking for a better way to manage and collaborate on projects? Say goodbye to scattered spreadsheets; a new tool has come to the UCOP software catalog.
Asana is a web and mobile work management platform designed to help teams organize, track and manage their work. Teams can create projects, timelines and workflows, assign work to teammates, specify deadlines and communicate directly in the application.
For more about Asana, see the UCOP service catalog and check out the Asana overview. If you want more information, schedule a demo with an Asana representative.
The cost is $240 per user per year, charged to the user’s department. To order, submit a Software Request form through Service Now.
A basic (but no-cost) version of Asana is also available. This limited functionality version still allows you to manage tasks and personal to-dos, and enables collaboration with up to 15 teammates. To access this free version, create an account directly in Asana: asana.com/create-account.
