Embrace your leadership potential through an impactful learning opportunity
All great leaders start by accomplishing self-leadership. If you have never been a manager or supervisor, but are interested in learning key aspects of leadership, Leadership Fundamentals for Emerging Leaders (LFP) might be just what you’re looking for!
Created and facilitated by longtime UCOP vendor Pierre Khawand, the LFP curriculum combines key leadership skills and strategies with lessons from Pierre’s highly rated courses, including Accomplishing More with Less (time management and prioritization) and 21 Practices for Happiness at Work (wellness).
In this cohort learning opportunity, you’ll focus on behavioral changes and initiative-taking to create breakthrough results. You’ll challenge your current thinking and habits to discover and leverage your untapped potential and the potential of others on your team. LFP is a personal and professional development journey that leads to accomplishment and happiness.
