Apply for the UCOP Mentorship Program today
The UCOP Mentorship Program is seeking mentees and mentors for its next annual program, which will run from January through December 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to share and learn career skills and leadership practices, guide and navigate UCOP culture and establish long-term professional relationships. Our goal is to create mentor–mentee pairings that provide a supportive structure for participants to cultivate contacts, explore challenges and enhance their effectiveness as they grow both personally and professionally.
You can choose to participate in-person or virtually, depending on your and your partner’s needs.
Eligibility and applications
- Mentees: Applicants must have worked at UCOP for at least six months. (Please note that priority is given to first-time mentees.) Apply to be a mentee by Dec. 5, 2025.
- Mentors: Applicants must be experienced UCOP leaders or staff members with at least one year of UCOP service and an interest in helping others with professional and career development. Previous mentees are welcome to participate as mentors! Apply and/or recommend someone to mentor others by Dec. 5, 2025.
