Don’t forget to complete the new compliance training by June 30
Don’t forget that you have until June 30, 2018 to complete UC’s new systemwide training course that’s designed to help employees understand and comply with university standards for ethical conduct.
Employees at UCOP and all UC locations are required to complete the “UC Ethical Values and Conduct” training. Those who haven’t taken it by mid-June will begin receiving email reminders.
This training is designed to continue raising awareness of the University of California Statement of Ethical Values and Standards of Ethical Conduct, and to emphasize the university’s commitment to ethical and compliant behavior.
All UC employees, except those who are part of the Conflict of Interest for Researchers (COIR) requirement, are required to take this new training.
This course will take 20 to 30 minutes to complete and there will be no final score. Credit will be granted based on completion of the course.
Please note this course will not be assessed as part of the current 2017/2018 Year-End Performance Appraisal. However, it will be assessed as part of the 2018/2019 Year-End Performance Appraisal.
To access this course, visit the UC Learning Center and you will see it under the Required Training icon on your homepage. If it does not appear there, search for “UC Ethical Values and Conduct.”
