2021 Employee Engagement Survey Town Hall questions and answers
Last summer, UCOP held a town hall to present and discuss the 2021 Employee Engagement Survey results. While many staff questions were answered during the Q&A portion, we could not answer them all due to time constraints. The remaining answers are now available to staff in the 2021 Employee Engagement Survey Town Hall Responses to Questions (Box log-in is required).
The Employee Engagement Survey is a collaborative effort between the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) and the Systemwide Human Resources Employee Relations department to provide leaders insight into how we can continue to provide a safe and productive work environment.
