Office of the General Counsel is taking pre-orders for pies and rolls through tomorrow, Nov. 18. Place your order today or tomorrow in the Franklin lobby, from noon to 1 p.m.


Call for volunteers and coat donations this Thanksgiving

You can help serve food at the City of Oakland's Thanksgiving Dinner and donate warm coats to the coat drive.


Mail drop locations changing in February

Starting in January, each floor in Franklin will have two drops for incoming and outgoing mail, one in each of the two large copy workrooms.

Update your pay information now for December paychecks

UCOP will begin using UCPath for pay and other HR-related activities on Nov. 30. If you need to make changes regarding your December paycheck, you must do so by Nov. 17 (for monthly employees) or Nov. 19 (for biweekly employees).


Open Enrollment reminder: Time to review your benefits, consider changes

Open Enrollment runs through 5 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 24. This is your opportunity to review your UC benefits to make sure you have the best coverage.


Friday breakfast changes

To accommodate the UCOP Holiday Crafts Fair, Franklin's First Friday Breakfast will be served on Thursday, Dec. 10. And come January, Kaiser Friday Breakfast will move from the sixth floor to the fifth-floor reception area.
