New change management workshops
“The only thing that is constant is change.” –Heraclitus
Change can be uncomfortable, and even scary sometimes. One of the best ways of dealing with change is to learn how to manage it effectively. When facing the unfamiliar, the more proactive we are, the more change flows smoothly and the faster we adjust to it.
To assist in preparing for the many changes afoot at OP, the OP Change Management Community of Practice — a working group composed of volunteers from various departments across our organization — are developing strategies to support employees through transitions. In partnership with UCOP Learning and Development, the Community of Practice is offering two upcoming workshops.
