Coronavirus update: New UCOP website and more

UCOP continues to vigilantly monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19 and respond to new information. The safety of our students, faculty and staff is our highest priority.

NEW: UCOP staff coronavirus website

Now you can now get the latest coronavirus updates for UCOP staff — including messages from UCOP leadership, like Monday’s email from Rachael Nava and President Napolitano’s executive order on paid administrative leave — at ucop.edu/coronavirus. If you have questions about coronavirus that are not addressed in these resources, please contact UCOP-COVID19-Response@ucop.edu.

NEW: Sign up to receive UC coronavirus alerts

Stay up to date with the latest news and updates throughout the UC system at universityofcalifornia.edu/coronavirus. On this page, you can subscribe to news alerts.

If you haven’t yet: Enroll in UCOPAlert and verify your info

UCOP’s emergency notification system is opt-in. This means that UCOP can only contact you on your personal phone or email if you enroll in UCOPAlert and provide current contact information. Many UCOP employees have enrolled in UCOPAlert but have not provided a phone number. Take a few minutes to double-check that your account is up to date.

This Wednesday: Attend a webinar for the latest on work travel

Join the Central Travel Office and Risk Services for a webinar followed by Q&A on the options available to UC travelers in light of the coronavirus. Register now.

Check the Link calendar for virtual events
