Access health care during the coronavirus outbreak

The best way to contact UCPath or the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) is online

Due to statewide “stay home” public health orders, the UCPath Center and RASC have shifted to operating remotely. Here’s how to get assistance.

  • UCPath: Log in to UCPath Online. Select the yellow “Ask UCPath Center” button in the top right of your browser window to send a secure message.
  • RASC: Log in to your UC Retirement At Your Service account and send a secure message.

Please sign up for UCOPAlert

You must proactively enroll in UCOPAlert and provide current contact information in order for UCOP to contact you on your personal phone or email during an emergency. Please take a few minutes to double-check that your account is up to date. Note: If you have a UCOP-issued cellphone, it has been automatically enrolled in updates from UCOPAlert.
