The latest on UCOP’s coronavirus response
As the coronavirus outbreak continues, UCOP is vigilantly monitoring the situation and responding to new information. The safety of our students, faculty and staff is our highest priority. Here are the latest updates to keep you informed and connected.
ICYMI: UCOP staff coronavirus website
Get the latest coronavirus updates for UCOP staff — including updates from UCOP leadership, like Rachael Nava’s message on Friday, March 20 — at ucop.edu/coronavirus. If you have questions about the coronavirus that are not addressed in these resources, please contact UCOP-COVID19-Response@ucop.edu.
Access health care during the coronavirus outbreak
If you are enrolled in a UCOP health plan and need medical advice and care — related to coronavirus or not — many resources are available. Review your health plan’s response to COVID-19, including telehealth resources.
The best way to contact UCPath or the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) is online
Due to statewide “stay home” public health orders, the UCPath Center and RASC have shifted to operating remotely. Here’s how to get assistance.
- UCPath: Log in to UCPath Online. Select the yellow “Ask UCPath Center” button in the top right of your browser window to send a secure message.
- RASC: Log in to your UC Retirement At Your Service account and send a secure message.
Please sign up for UCOPAlert
You must proactively enroll in UCOPAlert and provide current contact information in order for UCOP to contact you on your personal phone or email during an emergency. Please take a few minutes to double-check that your account is up to date. Note: If you have a UCOP-issued cellphone, it has been automatically enrolled in updates from UCOPAlert.
Learn how the coronavirus is affecting previously-scheduled work travel
If you planned work travel before the stay-at-home mandate, watch this informative webinar held by the Central Travel Office and Risk Services for information about options available to UC travelers in light of the coronavirus. (You must log in to view the webinar.)
All April learning and development will be remote
All UCOP professional development course offerings will be remote for the month of April. To view upcoming courses, visit the Classes and Workshops page. If you haven’t yet, now is a great time to activate your free LinkedIn Learning account.
