Wednesday: Learn to “manage overwhelm” with Dr. Paula Trejo-Phillips of FSAP

This Wednesday, April 28, from 11:10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (PT), UCOP staff are invited to attend a special presentation by Paula Trejo-Phillips, Psy.D., a counselor for the UCOP and UCSF FSAPs. Learn more about our Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), as well as tips for managing stress, anxiety and transitions, and participate in a guided mindfulness exercise in this special event hosted by the OP Staff Assembly (OPSA). Paula’s specialty areas include post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, multiculturalism, coping with chronic medical illness and end-of-life issues.

May 27, 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. (PT)
Presented by People-OnTheGo — one of UCOP’s most popular training vendors — this course will teach you to develop and practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence, growth mindset and productivity skills to excel in the workplace and in your personal life. You’ll focus on behavioral changes and initiative-taking, while at the same time paying attention to self-care, stress reduction, fostering enjoyment and self-fulfillment.
