Learn how to use new Oakland Zoom Room technology
UCOP Telecommunications Services is working to bring the latest conference room technology to UCOP!
After overwhelmingly positive reviews, we have continued to expand our Zoom Rooms technology and now have eight updated conference rooms in the Franklin and Broadway offices in Oakland. They include:

- Franklin 12107

- Franklin 5322 – L
- Franklin 12412 -L
Zoom Rooms technology provides an integrated experience for video and audio conferencing with wireless screen sharing. It allows users to join and host Zoom meetings from a control panel without logging into a PC or dialing a phone. The large conference rooms F5233 and F12412 have an additional touchscreen display with whiteboarding capability.
We will be adding Zoom Rooms technology to the following conference rooms over the next few months:

- Franklin 6113
- Franklin 10333
How to use the Zoom Rooms technology
Each updated conference room features an intuitive and customer-friendly control panel. Refer to the one-page user guide located in each room to get started.
Attend an in-person training
Get an overview of Zoom Rooms’ functionalities during an in-person training with IT Client Services! Join us in the Oakland Franklin Building, Room 5322, from 1:30 – 2 p.m. on Dec. 6 or Dec. 12. (Advance registration is not required.)
