If you manage people, mark your calendar to take advantage of upcoming People Leader Forums — monthly opportunities for supervisors to build new skills while connecting with peers. Develop leadership skills, build community, share best practices, swap strategies for navigating current challenges and learn to better support yourself and your team!

On June 21, from 1-2 p.m. (PT), join Senior Trainer and Content Developer Catherine Burns for a leadership development overview. Catherine will share the newly developed UCOP Learning and Development Leadership Development Strategic Plan. She led the charge to develop the plan by researching organizational best practices from throughout UC and private employers, then gathering staff input across all levels at UCOP. At this session, Catherine will provide a helpful overview of the plan, including its learning pillars, objectives and implementation.
