On Monday, Dec. 16, from 1 to 2 p.m. (PT), the UCOP Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Department and members of the UCOP EDI Council will present an update on the progress of our work on UCOP’s Unified EDI Framework.

The framework was introduced during the July 2023 UCOP EDI and Anti-Racism Town Hall and discussed at the February 2024 UCOP EDI and Anti-Racism Town Hall.

Aligned with the UCOP Strategic Framework, our EDI framework outlines a set of common goals we pursue together to help UCOP move toward becoming an anti-racist workplace. During the town hall, we will discuss where we are in executing our EDI goals and what comes next. We will ask for your thoughts on how we can serve the UCOP community in tangible and realistic ways to make our workplace an inclusive one for all.
