In early October, UCOP Information and Technology Services (ITS) launched the new PDF Fix website, which helps users determine whether PDF is the right format for accessible content, automates several remediation steps, interprets and prioritizes remaining document issues and provides guidance for completing human review or choosing another solution.

Now, the team behind the website is offering new virtual office hours! Feel free to come anytime during this hour-long drop-in session to:

• Ask questions that came up while you were using the site
• Learn about issues others have encountered with remediating PDFs
• Get help navigating your results
• Ask questions about the decision-making process
