FSAP: The Sleep Equation: Everyday Strategies for Better Sleep
Wednesday, July 29, 12 to 1 p.m. (PT)
Whether you’re caring for others, managing projects or just trying to make it through your inbox without a third cup of coffee, sleep matters. Brian Beasley, Psy.D., J.D., a licensed clinical psychologist at FSAP, will break down why sleep is essential for performance and well-being, share science-backed tips for improving your rest and introduce a few Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) tools. Designed for anyone working in a demanding environment, this session brings realistic strategies (and zero judgment) to help you rest better.

Let’s Talk about Menopause: Understanding Menopause and Finding Support
Thursday, Aug. 27, 12 to 1 p.m. (PT)
Menopause affects nearly every part of a person’s health and well-being, yet it can still be difficult to find clear information or talk openly about the experience. Join Jessica Allanson, Ph.D., M.A., in exploring menopause basics, current research and common misconceptions. You’ll also learn about resources for people preparing for or experiencing menopause, navigating physical or emotional changes, managing post-menopausal concerns or supporting someone else. Whether menopause affects you directly or impacts someone you care about, this session offers a welcoming place to start the conversation.
