Learn practical tools for leading through uncertainty
How do you stay steady as a leader when the ground beneath you keeps shifting?
Join Ana Dolatabadi, Ph.D., from the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) for a one-hour online class on navigating change and supporting your team through uncertainty: Effective Leadership in Turbulent Times: Psychological Tools for Navigating Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA). Taking place on Thursday, Oct. 22, from 1–2 p.m. (PT), this training offers practical, psychology-based strategies for managing stress, making decisions and creating stability during times of change.
Designed specifically for leaders, the course will teach you how to focus on what you can control, let go of what you can’t and help yourself and your team stay grounded when facing unknowns. We’ll also explore common leadership pitfalls in unpredictable environments and ways to avoid them.
