5. Select the checkmark on top of UC Irvine to vote!

A life-preserving vaccine

In a nutshell, UC Irvine and UC Irvine Health researchers found a weakness in Clostridium difficile (commonly known as C.diff), a pathogen that threatens immune-compromised people in hospitals, nursing homes and other settings.
