On July 1, 2020, UCOP will go live with a new financial information system (Oracle) and a new travel system (Concur). Make sure you’re up to speed with the new systems by attending a live online training with knowledgeable BRC staff.

BRC Oracle Procurement Requester Training

Beginning July 1, all procurement requests will be submitted in the new Oracle Financials Cloud system. This two-hour training is geared toward employees and contractors who purchase goods or services. Register for BRC Oracle procurement requester trainings

• June 18, 8:30-10:30 a.m.
• June 22, 1-3 p.m.
• June 23, 9-11 a.m.
• June 24, 1-3 p.m.
• June 30, 9-11 a.m.

BRC Concur Travel & Entertainment Training

Beginning July 1, all travel requests must be pre-approved in Concur, travel and entertainment expense reports will be submitted in Concur (rather than UCLA Express) and procurement card “PCard” expenses will be processed through Concur. This 90-minute training is geared toward UCOP employees who travel or book travel on behalf of others. Register for BRC concur travel & entertainment training.
