Sign up now for UCOPAlert
For UCOP to contact you on your personal phone or email during an emergency, you must proactively enroll in UCOPAlert. If you’ve already signed up, please double-check that your account is up to date. Note: UCOP-issued cellphones are automatically enrolled.
Telehealth is available
If you are enrolled in a UCOP health plan and need medical advice and care — related to coronavirus or not — many resources are available. Review your health plan’s response to COVID-19, including telehealth resources.
The best way to contact UCPath or the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) is online
Due to statewide “stay home” public health orders, the UCPath Center and RASC have shifted to operating remotely. Here’s how to get assistance.
- UCPath: Log in to UCPath Online. Select the yellow “Ask UCPath Center” button in the top right of your browser window to send a secure message.
- RASC: Log in to your UC Retirement At Your Service account and send a secure message.
