For many people, the upcoming holiday season can be the most stressful time of the year. And, since we’ve all been coping with many other stressors for quite some time, this year may be especially challenging. If you feel like you’re having a difficult time keeping yourself calm, putting things in perspective and coping with grace at work or at home, here are some resources that can help keep you grounded.

Less stress. Enhanced awareness and focus. Improved health: These are some of the benefits shown in research studies on mindfulness. In this one-hour workshop, you will learn how to reduce your stress and increase your effectiveness at work through simple mindfulness techniques.

UCLA Health Integrative Medicine Collaborative
The new UCLA Health Integrative Medicine Collaborative constitutes 30+ programs at UCLA Health that practice, adopt and promote integrative medicine. Check out the Mindful Awareness Research Center — which offers a free video gallery and drop-in (via Zoom) or recorded meditation sessions — as well as the Wellbeing Webinar Series on the second Wednesday of each month.
