About Nicole Williams Browning
Dr. Nicole Williams Browning, Ed.D., has over 25 years in public education, spanning K–12, community colleges and universities. She is a senior program associate at WestEd and a lecturer at CSU East Bay. Formerly a superintendent and principal, she has led award-winning schools and is known for advancing equity and sustainable leadership.
Nicole holds degrees from UC Berkeley, CSU East Bay and Saint Mary’s College of California. Her expertise includes executive coaching, instructional leadership and systems change.
