Take the UC AI Primer course
Looking for a stronger foundation in AI? The UC AI Primer: Core Concepts and Fundamentals self-paced e-course offers a practical introduction to artificial intelligence in a UC context. The course covers key terms and concepts, how AI tools work, common opportunities and risks, and considerations for using AI thoughtfully and responsibly. It’s a helpful starting point for staff who want to better understand AI before exploring more advanced tools, trainings or workplace applications.

Register for Design Thinking Reimagined: Creativity Meets AI, a new two-part instructor-led training taking place on May 8 and May 15, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (PT). Whether you’re new to design thinking or looking to deepen your practice, this session will provide hands-on experience applying key principles, enhanced by accessible and practical AI tools. Design thinking is an iterative process to develop creative solutions to problems, and this class will explore how AI can thoughtfully and ethically support the innovation process.
