Presented by People-OnTheGo — one of UCOP’s most popular training vendors — this course will teach you to develop and practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence, growth mindset and productivity skills to excel in the workplace and in your personal life. You’ll focus on behavioral changes and initiative-taking, while at the same time paying attention to self-care, stress reduction, fostering enjoyment and self-fulfillment.
