The entire UCDC facility in Washington, D.C. will be offline for power grid testing.

Winter holidays will be observed this year on Dec. 24 and 25, and New Year holidays will be observed on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, but UCOP offices will be closed from Thursday, Dec. 24, through Sunday, Jan. 3.

As previously announced, the Time Reporting System (TRS) is being upgraded as UCOP prepares to transition to UCPath later this month. There are important deadlines this week for biweekly employees and supervisors.

Starting in January, each floor in Franklin will have two drops for incoming and outgoing mail, one in each of the two large copy workrooms.

UCOP will begin using UCPath for pay and other HR-related activities on Nov. 30. If you need to make changes regarding your December paycheck, you must do so by Nov. 17 (for monthly employees) or Nov. 19 (for biweekly employees).
