All new M1, M2, S1 and S2 people managers must complete the seven-course ME@UCOP series within the first year of assuming their roles. All other managers are welcome to opt into the training.
Courses are offered four times throughout the year and are listed under the Required Training icon on the UC Learning Center homepage. These courses are highly interactive and will require participation and attendance for the entire session. Some courses must be taken in a specific sequence, while others can be taken in any order.
