Physical exhaustion is obvious, but emotional burnout will defeat you before you see it. Feelings get tired just like muscles. Together, we will explore how to recognize emotional burnout and ways to restore emotional energy.
July 25: Locus of Control — Making Peace and Letting Go
When things don’t go as expected, it’s easy to blame and look outward. Our perception of what we can or cannot control influences our well-being.
Aug. 22: The Happy Secret to Better Work
We believe we should work hard to be happy, but could we be thinking about things backwards? Being happy fuels greater productivity, creativity, resilience and overall performance. We’ll explore how optimism can be nurtured through simple habits, and how fostering happiness and positivity can be a competitive edge in achieving success.
Sept. 26: Vulnerability and Resilience – The Story We Tell
Imagine you’re feeling inadequate after a critical comment from your supervisor. Instead of going down the rabbit hole with this narrative, you can transform negative self-talk to constructive reflections by reframing the story. (Learnings based on the work of Brene Brown)

Dec. 12: The Basics of Practicing Gratitude
Gratitude is more than just saying thank you — it involves intentionally recognizing and appreciating the positive aspects of life. It’s a powerful practice that can boost happiness, improve relationships and enhance your overall well-being. During this session, we will explore how to incorporate gratitude exercises and activities into your daily routine to develop a positive mindset and build resilience.
