Get fit this summer with WW
The summer has unofficially started, and it’s a great time to kick your fitness goals into a higher gear. Consider joining WW (Weight Watchers) at UCOP! You’ll enjoy weekly meetings, online tools and support from health-minded colleagues.
The WW program includes weekly meetings in Oakland’s Franklin building, as well as a suite of supportive online tools, available 24/7 to aid you in your wellness journey. Many UCOP employees have found considerable success within the WW program, including Executive Assistant Keena Tracy. “WW Freestyle has changed my life,” Tracy says. “As a mother and as a professional who takes care of others, I have been conditioned to put everyone else’s needs before mine. How to join
WW meetings take place every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. in Franklin 12311. Afterward, new members participate in a 10-minute orientation.
You can join at any time during the series at a prorated rate; for those who begin this Thursday, June 6, the fee is $153.13. (This is week four of a 17-week series.) Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted.
