Open Enrollment meets UCPath: Here’s what you need to know

Important information about upcoming changes to the UCOP Time Reporting System

UCOP’s Time Reporting System will be upgraded during October and November as part of UCOP’s transition to UCPath later this year. During this time, employees and managers must submit and approve employee timesheets according to a specific schedule.


Office 365 migration under way

By Oct. 18, all UCOP users will be using the new email and calendaring system. ITS is providing detailed instructions for configuring all of your platforms and will host several brown bags to answer questions.


Don’t lose your vacation time! Plan a leave now

UC policy limits vacation leave, and when you reach the limit, you lose any additional time you’re earning. If you’re close to your cap, use your vacation soon.

Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin rolling out a new cloud-based email and calendaring system – Microsoft Office 365 – in September. The full rollout, to be done department by department, will begin on Sept. 12 and run through Oct. 17.


Records Compliance Week: Don’t forget your electronic files
