Executive director of UCOP Operations appointed

Thera Kalmijn has been appointed executive director of UCOP (Local) Operations. Kalmijn, who will report directly to COO Rachael Nava, will start on Oct. 5.

Jody Shipper, the new systemwide director of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)/Clery Act, Title IX and Sexual Violence/Sexual Assault, will manage and coordinate these related areas.
