The first brown bag is Monday, April 16 and will include a discussion on the survey findings, and provide an opportunity to receive additional staff feedback through instant polling.

You can submit a question for Thera Kalmijn, executive director of UCOP Operations, in advance by emailing the OP Staff Assembly Steering Committee by Monday, April 16.

The annual performance evaluation process is a good reminder to make professional development a priority, and we have programs, courses and tools to help.

Strategies for self-care will be shared during Wednesday's brown bag, which focuses on the challenges of caring for an older adult, the caregiver-care receiver relationship, expectations of you and more.

If you missed the March brown bag on UC Scout, another opportunity to learn about the program is coming this month.
